1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plygrid website (plygrid.co) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Plygrid Studio (“Plygrid,” “we,” “us”) provides a web-based configurator for custom CNC plywood pegboard panels. You may configure panel dimensions, preview your design, and place orders for custom-manufactured panels.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features such as saving designs and placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in US dollars and include manufacturing costs.
• Prices are calculated server-side based on your panel dimensions at the time of checkout. Displayed estimates may change if you modify your design before completing payment.
• An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.
• Sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and added during checkout.

5. Custom Goods & Refund Policy

All pegboard panels are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Because each panel is made to order:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for correctly manufactured panels that match the ordered specifications.
• If your panel arrives damaged during shipping or was manufactured incorrectly (wrong dimensions, wrong hole pattern), contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@plygrid.co and we will either replace or refund the panel.
• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet begun (status is “queued” or earlier). Once a panel enters production, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

The Plygrid name, logo, website design, and all related content are the property of Plygrid Studio. Your custom panel designs remain yours — we claim no ownership over configurations you create.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plygrid Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
