Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your panel dimensions, package weight, and delivery destination. Shipping is not included in the panel price shown in the configurator.

Service Area

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our workshop in Boulder, CO. Select the pickup option during checkout to skip shipping charges.

Processing & Transit

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Transit times vary by destination but are generally 3–7 business days within the continental US.
