Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your Rights Under California Law
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
Our Practices
Plygrid does not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary consideration. However, under the broad definitions in the CCPA/CPRA, certain uses of analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information in the following ways:
- Cookie preferences: Click the cookie settings button on our website (powered by Cookiebot) to manage or withdraw your consent for analytics and marketing cookies.
- Email request: Send an email to privacy@plygrid.co with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include your name and the email address associated with your account.
- Global Privacy Control: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request.
After You Opt Out
Once you opt out, we will no longer share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. This will not affect your ability to use our services — you can still configure panels, place orders, and manage your account.
Other Data Requests
California residents may also request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, and request correction of inaccurate information. For these requests, email privacy@plygrid.co or visit your Account page to delete your account and associated data.
For more information about our data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
